Each category focusses on the most influential factors, including reduced carbon emissions, low impact design, adaptation to climate change, and ecological value and biodiversity protection.
- How is a development rated using BREEAM Assessment?
Developments are rated and certified on a scale of;
– Unclassified = <30%
– Pass = >30%
– Good = >45%
– Very Good = >55%
– Excellent =>70%
– Outstanding = >85%
- What BREEAM rating will the Beaconsfield Medical Centre achieve?
This scheme is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ score – right up there with the top performing buildings in the country (and around the world for that matter)
