We can only register patients who currently live within our catchment area. Please enter your postcode below to check if your address is within our area.
For clinical safety reasons we are unable to register patients who live outside the practice boundary. If you are on regular medication or have a history of any serious illness the receptionist will arrange an appointment for you with the doctor or nurse so that we can record the necessary details about your medical problems.
All our patients are allocated a named GP. This means that you have a doctor who has overall responsibility for the care and support that the practice provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice at any time should you chose to. You will be told your named GP once you have fully registered.
Acceptance on to the list is as at the discretion of the Doctor and we will ask you for proof of identity. (Please refer to our registration policy below and why we ask for this ). Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
